Great Job on time and good value.
Joe was Brilliant kept me informed throughout with Photos and progress. Joe always arrived on time and did a number of other jobs to ensure my roof was weather proof. He repointed the side of my house which now looks great. Would highly recommend Joe. He is honest reliable and hard working.

Repair to roof
Having found a leak in my roof, I called Joe at Lockhart roofing to have him come look at it for me. Joe gave me a very reasonable price for the job, replacing some damaged tiles and repairing the hip tiles that had come loose, he also recommended an upgrade that would to allow the roof the breath at no extra cost. The job was completed as agreed and the crew tidied up all the mess before they left. Very happy with the job and all the lads working here were very friendly. Would definitely use them again.

New roof, Installation of Valleys, Re-pointing, Tile hanging, Leadwork & Painting front of house
The job started as a fault-finding/repair, but after a thorough inspection on the first day, Joe explained the issues clearly & provided options for the way forward. Joe maintained communication throughout the process, completed the job in a timely manner and provided photos throughout. Joe and the team turned up on time, were all polite and always kept the work area tidy including the neighbours’ properties. Their professionalism and quality workmanship was outstanding, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. We are pleased with the work & would use them again. Highly recommended!

Guttering fixed & cleared
Joe and his team turned up exactly as arranged. Due to a work commitment I couldn't be there, but after calling to check they got on with the job without any trouble, and sent me before/after pictures of all the work. Very pleased, would use again and recommend to others.
