    James was prompt and courteous in dealing with initial query on Checkatrade, and offered to meet us at house soon as we were able to collect keys. On the day let him know when keys were available and he was able to meet us at the property. Took the time to let us know when he was stuck in rush hour traffic and gave accurate ETA. On arrival he speedily changed all the downstairs locks, zero mess, job done in under half an hour. Impressed with service provided and would recommend.

I am an independent locksmith. (NOT A CALL CENTRE) So when you call, you are talking directly to me, a fully qualified locksmith and not someone reading from a script.
