Steve was excellent at putting right my back door. I had had another firm who removed some of the locking mechanism and told me it I needed a new fitting which would cost me £450! Steve came and readjusted the existing mechanism and the hinges and the door locks perfectly. He was very quick and polite and I was pleased to invite back to adjust all my outside doors.

Came out in 45 minutes to replace a lock when the key had broken off in the lock. Explained everything and work completed promptly.

Steve promptly responded and arrived same day. Able to see the problem and quickly replaced faulty lock. Handles also needed replacing and Steve measured and ordered new ones and returned within the week. Very happy with the service.

Steve replaced a faulty lock system mechanism in our 20 year old UPVC garage personal door. He came same day as call out, had the replacement part in the van and carried out the work with knowledge, professionalism and courtesy. We've used Steve three times for different door issues in our home over a twelve year period and wouldn't hesitate to use again and to recommend.
