Broken safety lock
Morne, was friendly, professional and came out very quickly after I called. He was honest on the phone and explained that he would need to assess the safety lock first and couldn't guarantee that he would be able to open it. Unfortunately the lock was broken, but he managed to gain access by breaking the lock so I could access my garage again. Not pushy
Prompt response. Repaired lock without suggesting that a new lock was the only answer. Only after a thorough conversation did we indeed then decide on a new lock.Done there and then without another call out charge.Job location: KT1810 Lock Repair
