I called Morne at LockRite and he attended site within a couple of hours. The rear doors to the house couldn't be locked but he managed to do a temporary fix which was peace of mind whilst new parts were ordered. He also managed to get the replacement parts in earlier than anticipated and was able to finish the job on the Saturday morning rather than the following week.
