UPVC balcony door lock and gear box.
Chris is fantastic at his job and well worth a call. I have only marked the visit as 2 days because he had to order a part. He was honest, professional, timely and clearly experienced. He explained his charges in full before he started the work and there were no hidden costs. He excelled in his job considering that my door wasn't a standard lock. He rose to the challenge and did not complain once. He kept me informed through out the job and is clearly passionate about his craft. Gain emergency entry to front door.
Called out at 11pm because of jammed, broken front door lock. Arrived in twenty minutes and managed to remove broken lock mechanism on upvc door. Replaced gearbox and locking unit with new. No mess and very efficient work. Very courteous and explained all work in progress. I will have no hesitation in recommending Chris to anyone.
