Abu arrived promptly, and fixed the problem even though it was the door rather than the lock. He also oiled the lock, and took the time to make sure everyone was working as well as it could. Abu is friendly and diligent, and I'm very grateful he has sorted out the problem for us. 100% recommended! Thanks Abu.

Called Lockrite and was asked to email photos of existing lock. This was to check if replacement was available. Abu arrived within a couple of hours and fitted a new part. Really nice guy, reliable and friendly. Job done, no time wasted and peace of mind achieved!

I can’t recommend Abukar highly enough. I’d had another locksmith come out first who quoted me £400 to replace the lock entirely. Abukar showed up, assessed the situation properly, and had my door open in about 2 minutes,no damage, no lock replacement needed, none of the unnecessary costs I’d been quoted before. It’s rare to find a tradesperson this skilled and this honest. He could easily have gone along with the “you need a new lock” line and charged me a fortune, but instead he did the job quickly, efficiently, and fairly.
