We had searched for months for a locksmith to help us confirm and upgrade our faulty standard lock on a euro cylinder lift-to-lock door without success. Within 2hrs of calling and a quick subsequent video text, Abukar and Lockrite booked us in and confirmed the what we ordered would work. I cannot recommend them enough - they're professional, fair, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy. It was shockingly hard to find someone who knew not only locks but upgrading them, and I just wish I had called this team sooner!!

Second time using LockRite. Abu did a great job, replaced the lock then realigned the metal plates in the door frame as well as the door itself so that it would close smoothly. Very thorough, would highly recommend.

They are very good overall. Admin side, they’re very efficient, quick and clear over the phone answering questions and arranging a date. (I contacted other 2 local locksmiths but they both didn’t know what they were doing…) The locksmith showed up on the day was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable most importantly. He’s not just done things I asked for but he found out a problem and explained what was happening and what was needed well and fixed it very nicely without asking extra fees, which I was happy to pay if he asked! (Because he did great job.) Recommend!
