Andreas was responsive , efficient and pleasant throughout new car keys process. This was prolonged due to failures in quality of two new keys from manufacturer but Andreas sorted this out keeping us fully informed at all times. We appreciated his workmanlike and dedicated attitude and completely recommend him.

Great thorough job. Checked all the locks within the pario door until he found the one causing the issue. Ensured the door then locked properly so my property was safe and secure. Andreas (based in Teddington) came to our aid when we locked ourselves out of our apartment (in Kew). Andreas got to us at short notice, was able to open the door and replace the lock.
