Vince was friendly and professional. It was a tricky job and he researched the best lock for the purpose and was painstaking about getting the best result. I am very happy to recommend him.

The door handles were 'non-standard' so, upon first visit, as the guy didn't carry the right handle, he went round trade outlets to find one. This proved impossible on the same day (the handles were installed as part of a new build on a large Estate and they are no longer easily available) but he did research and located the right ones eventually and returned when we were back in Eastbourne to fit the handles.
