    Broken door lock replaced and repaired

    Gain entry after I was locked out due to combination of snapped key and a jammed locking mechanism

    Fantastic service right the way through, from the response to the initial call to the job itself. Alan was friendly and knowledgeable, arrived quickly, gained entry without any damage, serviced the lock afterwards and gave advice to prevent further issues.

    Domestic door entry on locked door.

    Locked myself out my house on this very cold day. Alan arrived incredibly quickly and sorted it within minutes. A huge thanks Alan, you saved the day!

    Front and rear house door lock replacement

    Alan from Lockrite provided a first class service. Identified the cause of an issue unlocking our rear door. Alan demonstrated the poor quality of the existing lock (by "breaking in" in less than 12 seconds!!) and then replaced the lock. He also spotted that the lock on our front door had a protruding profile which would provide easy access for an intruder. Both locks were replaced with no issues at a reasonable price. After fitting the front door we experienced an issue with the frame catching the door. Alan came round same day and ensured the fit was corrected at no extra charge.

    Alan replaced the lock on my PVC Front Door

    Highly recommend Alan, couldn't have asked for a better gentleman to come and complete the job, Ever so friendly and his time keeping was amazing and completed the job to full satisfaction. He explained and showed me what the problem was when changing the lock, He replaced it and put my mind to rest. Completed all the keys checks and also re-adjusted the door as it had dropped. No hesitation is using Alan again and would highly recommend to friends and family! I have his number saved for when I need to use him again.
