Fast, friendly and honest
I must have got a call from Darren within a minute of putting the job on check a trade! He was here maybe 30 minutes later (and on a bank holiday) for a non emergency job. He explained what had happened to the lock, what he was doing to replace it, went above and beyond to fix extra things in the handle as he went. He also sorted straightening the back door so it shut properly for us at the same time (which after living with a wonky door for 5 years is a massive relief!) After my key snapped within the lock Saturday night, Darren responded quickly to the job post on Checkatrade and was on site the next morning! Works were completed swiftly to a very high standard, with Darren re-visiting with additional keys 2-days later as requested.
