Good communication and issue solved

Very professional and excellent work! The tradesperson was very fast and efficient. I was informed of the process and the issue. The replacement of the magnetic door locker was done very efficiently. Overall I am very pleased and satisfied from the service.

John was incredibly helpful. He answered our call and query with efficiency and arranged to see us the following day to try and resolve our issue. While on site he was polite, knowledgeable, reassuring and respectful - he also identified the issue and resolved it quickly giving us peace of mind that it won’t happen again!
