In short, would absolutely recommend. We had a good chat about what I was looking for, and what options were available before the job, and was offered an very competitive price. They did a great job on the installation and explained all the functionality after testing it thoroughly. I really appreciated the time taken to talk to me about the options so I was confident we were getting the best lock for our needs. And they were really friendly and approachable.

Arrived on time on the booked date, Murad worked hard to get the three sealed windows unlocked and freed off and then replaced locking mechanism on one and eased the other two. Overall did a very good job.

I recently hired Locksmith Alliance to install two smart locks at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment they arrived, they were very professional. The installation was smooth and efficient—they took the time to ensure both locks were set up correctly, synced with my devices, and walked me through how everything worked. They were patient with my questions and made sure I felt comfortable using the new system before they left.

Great service. Guys came the same day, stayed late to finish the job and didn’t take any shortcuts. They fixed some poor workmanship left by the previous builders and were very efficient.

I was quoted £150-£200 for replacement of one window handle that had broken and another window that needed fixing (either faulty locking mechanism or lock/handle). They replaced both handles and made one window easier to close as it was catching. At the end I was charged £297!! I queried it and said I wasn't happy but he said it was the call out charges etc (which was not made clear on the original quote). I was a little intimidated as he stood over me whilst I did a bank transfer. He charged me £160 for two handles! I have messaged him asking why they were so much but no response.
