    My door would not lock and was a real security issue. Sergii came to have a look and was carrying the part with him, which I did not expect and was very good. He done an excellent job and was very professional. Now my lock works perfectly and can’t thank him enough.

    Booked to fit new lock.

    Ended up fitting entire new mechanism which was 3 times more than initially quoted so that was unwelcome. However I was given receipts for everything, were given full choice about whether to proceed or not…and ultimately I feel it was a fair price. Great work technically and was punctual and polite and communicative, can’t complain- thank you!

    Brilliant and fast service. Was unable to leave my house due to not being able to lock the door. Came out quickly and replaced the barrel of the lock and provided 5 new keys. Made sure that all keys worked from both inside and outside before leaving. Would highly recommend.

    My key broke in the lock on a Sunday afternoon leaving me locked out. I called Sergii at Locksmith Engineering and he was out really quickly and sorted the problem in less than 10 minutes with a full explanation of what needed done. Very reasonable price and very professional, highly recommend!

    Mending a problem mortice lock

    Quality: The work was great and our new lock works well. Reliability: Locksmith was running late that day and didn't let me know until well after he was supposed to have arrived. Communication: I found it hard to get the locksmith to answer my questions - he talked a lot, but it wasn't a two-way conversation - and in hindsight I feel forced to agree to a new lock being installed before I was sure that the old one was no good (and it wasn't just malfunctioning due to poor installation).
