This is the first time that I have had to use a locksmith and I was a bit apprehensive as you hear of so many scams. The apprehension was unnecessary, Ivo was prompt friendly and totally professional. He knew exactly what was wrong with the lock and repaired my door in no time. I contacted Ivo at 8.30 am and it was fixed by 9.30 am. .You can't get better than that. Not only was it fixed, the door closed and locked far better than before even when it was new.
