Man came round, decided a new handle was needed, presented us with a bill for over £200 and then left to go to car. I looked at the handle and it was worn. Called man back from his car and he did not seem surprised about this and said he would fit a new one the following week. He did so and the job was completed- however why did fit one which was substandard and why didn’t he clean up around the area he had worked on? I felt he overcharged for the job - the door handle seemed expensive. I felt I couldn’t complain because his attitude was quite dismissive and unfriendly.

Very quick to respond to the request, was able to do the job the following day. Efficient and friendly service and reasonable price.

All very efficient

The Locksmith turned up within an hour or so of initial call. A uPVC door lock was jammed and damaged. He quickly removed the lock assembly mechanism and confirmed a replacement would be required so installed a temporary lock assembly so we could secure the door while replacement was obtained. Two days later, he returned with the replacement mechanism, fitted and adjusted the door for smooth operation. Efficient and friendly service.

Great work and great communication

Locksmith Master 24/7 did respond quickly and within 2 hours a locksmith engineer was at work to unlock our upvc conservatory door (which is also our back door) which had totally jammed. He was extremely polite and professional and was able to provide a new more secure lock with the cost explained clearly. He also realigned the door which had dropped slightly, plus realigning the other side of the door frame to enable a perfect fit. He explained what he was doing and why throughout. He also mended a upvc bedroom window with a similar problem. All this on one of the hottest days!
