Great work and great communication

Locksmith Master 24/7 did respond quickly and within 2 hours a locksmith engineer was at work to unlock our upvc conservatory door (which is also our back door) which had totally jammed. He was extremely polite and professional and was able to provide a new more secure lock with the cost explained clearly. He also realigned the door which had dropped slightly, plus realigning the other side of the door frame to enable a perfect fit. He explained what he was doing and why throughout. He also mended a upvc bedroom window with a similar problem. All this on one of the hottest days!

Del responded to my request really quickly, he gave me accurate pricing in advance and asked what time was convenient to come around and fix the lock on my door. When Del arrived he quickly assesed the job required and Del gave good recommendations, he was efficient and did a professional job leaving the area clean and tidy. Based in Del's excellent work I have booked another job with him. Highly recommended.

My garage UPVC door lock seized up and the handle would not turn. Del quickly diagnosed the problem as a misaligned door due to loose hinges putting pressure on the latch mechanism. He realigned the door by tightening the hinges and replaced the handle. Door now works perfectly. Excellent service - fast, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
