  2 storey side extension

  Rich and his hard working team have done a great job on our house extension, and we love what they have done. They built a 2 storey side extension which gave us an enlarged kitchen, utility, study and additional bedroom. The new kitchen was also fitted by them to a high standard. The team were very hard working, it was amazing to see so much change going on at once. They were friendly and politely accommodating to our requests for tweaks to the plans here and there. We'd recommend them to anyone planning a building project, and use them again ourselves.

  Professional, reliable and love our extension!

  We used Lockwood Homes for an extension including a new bathroom, bedroom and open-plan kitchen, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Rich, Matt and the team were fantastic throughout. Despite delays from build-over agreements and some last-minute changes on our part, they were incredibly accommodating. Their team were respectful while we lived in the house, keeping disruption to a minimum. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lockwood Homes—an excellent experience all round.

  Side and rear extension 12 month project

  Matt and Rich from Lockwood Homes completed our 2-storey side and rear extension. It was a significant project that took 12 months. Both are highly experienced and knowledgeable contractors who did a world-class job. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable builder.

  Excellent Work

  We had a large extension and everything went really well and without any inconvenience to us. The site was left clean and tidy every evening and Lockswood Homes ensured that any work which would have an affect on the main house was carried out with the minimum disturbance. We are delighted with the extension and had we known it would be carried out so efficiently we would have had it done before now. We will certainly be using Lockswood Homes again and would highly recommend them.

  Professional job done by excellent workers

  From start to finish (14 weeks) of the refurbishment of my bungalow the work was carried out with excellent workmanship by a very hard working and diligent group of tradesman. On completion of the work, the site was cleared and left very tidy.
