    Answered the phone promptly and courteously. Gave a very reasonable quotation for coming out late Friday evening to change lock after a break in. Kept me informed of his eta. Had a professional approach at all times and completed the job well. He went the extra mile with care, attention to detail and kindness. Highly recommend.

    Lock tech responded so quick to my enquiry especially as it was a Sunday. Loch tech contacted me and assured me he'd have the issue fixed that day. I couldn't fault Lock tech, very reliable! Thank you so much!

    Front door lock jammed

    Excellent communication, Matthew came out straight away when our door broke at bed time on, he worked until nearly midnight making sure we got sorted and the lock has held great. Reasonably priced too, can't fault him.
