Our key snapped in the lock and we had no replacement key. Provided clear and honest advice and solved our problem within 30mins! Very quick response after we called and was very professional. Old lock mech. was not repairable so replaced .Also old handles were not compatable with new mech. so also replaced . John told us the approx cost before work started and final cost was close to estimate . Called Lock Tech Solutions after our front door decided not to close whatsoever!! This was around 2pm on a Friday, and he was here by 4pm on his way home from a job. He knew instantly the issue and put a temporary mechanism in until the one he ordered could be fitted. This made us feel safe in our home knowing the temporary fix would keep us secure. He turned up on Monday as he was passing with our new one and it was fitted immediately! Cannot thank him enough for doing this so quickly. Polite and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone!!
