I approached Locktec in order to get me out of a position where I was very unhappy with my current security provider. I was impressed that I was recommended to stay with my current supplier to save money but they would be happy to help should I decide to go with Locktec. I’ve been a Locktec customer for 26 years (alarm) and 6 years (CCTV). Their service is consistently excellent: they upgraded our gate entry to a smooth mobile app, replace locks to meet security standards, and service equipment twice yearly. They’re reliably available for emergencies—answering by phone and usually onsite within an hour—even at night. Their charges are reasonable and often cheaper than local or online competitors. I highly recommend Locktec for professional, responsive, and good-value security services.
