• Jammed front door

  Due to a faulty original installation of the door lock on our front door, a retaining screw had come loose and jammed between the door and the frame and the door could not be opened. Mick came around when he said he would, explained what the problem was and went about fixing it. Mick had told me his rates previously, and this is what we paid. He was at all times courteous, friendly and tidy with his work and clearly knew what he was doing - everything you could wish for in a tradesman. I will definitely keep Mick's details in my contacts.

  As a super. Usyu mother of three, I accidentally lock myself out with all my keys inside due to rushing to pick up one of my children from school. I went on Checkatrade and Mick came to my rescue. He was quick and most importantly very generous. I only had a certain amount of cash on me and he kindly understand and took what I had and even gave back change. Its obvious it's not about the money but about his passion for what he does. A true gem and I pray God bless him a 100 times more. Thanks again for your unforgettable kindness.   Mick answered my call and I explained the problem with the lock on my kitchen door. He came way ahead of time, and got straight to work. He was so polite and kind and was transparent about everything which is what we lack with some tradespeople today as they all just want to scam you and take your money. He explained everything clearly and recommended products and websites to use to prevent any locking problems from happening in the future. Super friendly and got the job done in under an hour!
