  Double storey extension roof

  We have been very happy with the work Tom and the team have done for us, which included building our extension roof, tying it into the original roof, insulating and boarding it. They also built our flat roof, and fixed some rotten timber in our existing roof. They fitted the joists and hung battens on the external walls ready for hanging slates. They were very precise with their work, and problem solved quickly. Tom offered so much help and advice (for which I am very grateful!). The work was of a really high standard, and we would highly recommend LC Group!

  10/10 - would recommend this building firm!

  We had a small galley kitchen taken down and a new extension across the back of our 3 bed semi built. They opened up the original back wall to make a large kitchen/dining/office space for us. And finally a downstairs loo and utility room were created. We were really happy with the work from Tom and the team, they were professional, helpful, great at openly communicating and working with us as they went along. The end cost was close to as quoted, the only increase was when we added more work to do! A massive thank you to them all and I would happily use them again in the future.

  Replaced kitchen, walls and ceiling

  I would happily recommend Lockwood Construction. The work was completed to the highest standards and the team were extremely professional in every way. This was not a straightforward job, many alterations were required to ensure the units fitted the space available. During the whole time I was kept informed of the changes that may be required and the possible options available to ensure the kitchen met the original specifications and I must say the finished kitchen surpasses my expectations

  Variety of work to house

  We had bathroom tiled, hallway panelled , new skirting boards through out and new drainage put in . All work was done to a very high standard and where clean and tidy and took all rubbish away

  Complete renovation of property

  Tom worked on our bungalow for just over 3 years carrying out a complete rennovation of the property, as well as building a large single-storey extension. The property was re-designed leading to several new rooms, including a large kitchen/diner, 2 additional bedrooms, a playroom, a study and a third bathroom. The attention to detail was second to none and the quality of the workmanship was exceptional. The costings were transparent and the project stayed within budget. We were very pleased with the end result and would strongly recommend Tom.

  Removal of internal walls and chimney and fitting of new kitchen

  Tom and his team did an amazing job in our house. From discussing different ideas at the start to carrying out the works and then finalising of the different areas Tom has been superb throughout. Tom included us throughout; even with additional works requested he was happy to accommodate every time. Pricing was very competitive and realistic and allowed us to have the work carried out within our budget. The quality work from removing walls, chimneys and kitchens to the supporting structure, electrics, plumbing and finishing touches went beyond our expectations. Would definitely recommend 5*
