Punctual, pleasant, professional. Thanks Gareth for arriving on time, having a pleasant 'can-do' attitiude and doing a speedy professional job to replace our back door lock. Nice MukGuard overshoes too :) Very pleased

Front door lock had become very stiff and difficult to use.

I found Locum Locks online after my front door became a battle to lock and unlock. Gareth was extremely knowledgeable, identified the problem straight away and replaced the part there and then. As a single woman I often worry about being taken advantage of by trades people, however Gareth was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again or to recommend him.
