  Low quote, basic products, and careless work

  Extremely disappointing experience with Lodge Plumbing. The quote was low, but it came with basic products and poor design. Gas pipes were run carelessly across walls and near a doorframe. Communication stopped after I paid the deposit and only resumed when payment was due. I felt pressured and unsupported, even by Which? Trusted Traders. I’m paying to honour my end, but I would not recommend them.

  Great service and great product

  Fantastic service from Lodge Plumbing & Heating from start to finish. Great communication, polite, friendly & professional staff. All work was carried out to a high standard, my house was left in a tidy state when the work was complete. I changed my mind on where the outside unit was to be installed during installation and they changed it no problem for me. I am extremely pleased with my installation and product very glad I had it done. I would highly recommend Lodge Plumbing & Heating.

  Having lodge plumbing install our boiler a year ago I emailed Claire and asked to book in for a service, she emailed back with a provisional date which was the following week which was great as I’ve waited weeks from other providers in the past,

  Installation of multi-split air conditioning

  Found the company online and contacted their ops manager (Claire) who efficiently provided some initial advice/info/answered questions about their services and quote (following their surveyor's visit, who too, was thoroughly professional). The highlight of the entire experience was the actual install conducted by Chris and his team (Simon & Oliver). Extremely knowledgable, hardworking, meticulously tidy (dust sheets on floor, hovered up & tidied after each day), and the workmanship was outstanding. Would definitely use again and cannot recommend highly enough.
