• Conversion of garage into a workshop additional room

  I had a double garage that was a dumping ground. I now have a large airy workshop, fully insulated, with inset ceiling lights, and instead of the two open and over doors a sliding glass door on one side and a window on the other. I could not be more pleased. The standard of every aspect is exceptional and everyone who sees it is really impressed.

  I've worked with many builders as a property developer. Patrick and his team are by far the best I've worked with. Turned up on time, completed the work very efficiently and left the site tidy every day. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

  Lody built a very average extension - made some mistakes - and have left us with a lot of work to do that we should not be having to do if their sub-contractors had done their work correctly. They certainly are not the worst company - but are equally not the best - they are very average for these days.

  Patrick and his team took on my rear single storey extension. From the first initial contact to the design, quotation and finished project I honestly could not fault the team. The communication was absolutely brilliant, there work ethic and finish to the project has been absolutely brilliant. I will not use any other builder and am already booking in more work with them.   Lody construction handled the whole job (the refurbishment) they provided advice which ended up saving us money so we felt obliged to leave a review, there was always a polite and tidy workforce greeting us most mornings for the time they was here, highly recommended to say the least. We are Over the moon with our new fresh facelift, from the skirting board to the coving (and everything in between) honestly can’t thankyou enough , look forward to using you again 5*****

  The work was completed to a high standard and we were very impressed with the service. Pat and his team were professional, polite and friendly. They were always punctual, had great communication and cleared up well at the end of the day. They also offered a number of design ideas throughout the project. Amazing job, would highly recommend!
