Conversion of garage into a workshop additional room
I had a double garage that was a dumping ground. I now have a large airy workshop, fully insulated, with inset ceiling lights, and instead of the two open and over doors a sliding glass door on one side and a window on the other. Knock out a supporting wall, build pillars and add steel beams.

2 Storey Extension
Lody built a very average extension - made some mistakes - and have left us with a lot of work to do that we should not be having to do if their sub-contractors had done their work correctly. Rear extension
Patrick and his team took on my rear single storey extension. From the first initial contact to the design, quotation and finished project I honestly could not fault the team. The communication was absolutely brilliant, there work ethic and finish to the project has been absolutely brilliant. I will not use any other builder and am already booking in more work with them. Face lift to 1 bedroom flat
Lody construction handled the whole job (the refurbishment) they provided advice which ended up saving us money so we felt obliged to leave a review, there was always a polite and tidy workforce greeting us most mornings for the time they was here, highly recommended to say the least. Construction work for the shell of rear single story extension and garden patio.
The work was completed to a high standard and we were very impressed with the service. Pat and his team were professional, polite and friendly.
