    Mick responded to my enquiry promptly & arranged a visit. Kept me informed of his time of arrival & unblocked the drain, then advised me of a breakage in the drain which was STW responsibility. Also gave me advice when STW were delaying on coming out to the problem. Excellent service, wouldn't hesitate to use again.

    Trade and his team provide a brilliant and professional service - I would highly recommend their services. He is always responsive and maintains good communication leading up to and on the actual day booked in. His rates are really fair and hasn't let me down once. We had external underground pipe issues under a new patio which faced multiple complications causing blockages. Trade ensured I could see the problems identified with the camera. He helped remove the blockage and pinpoint the main problem to find the least invasive solution.

    absolutely fantastic service...and the price was the best I'd found. Mick was the only person who understood my problem, who also quoted a reasonable price. the service was second to none. I would 100% use this company again. Rest assured the job would be done in a professional friendly manner with no mess at all. fantastic job done!!!!!
