Knowledgeable & genuine company, drain issue sorted quickly
Mick came out to remove roots from my drain less than a day of me calling him. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Another company had quoted me £3k to remove roots from the drain and said I needed a liner. Mick did a CCTV survey of the drain which he showed me live & explained the issue & removed roots and showed my the CCTV again. Total cost £250 and no need for a drain liner. I was lucky to find Mick (Loflo). I spoke to a number of contractors. I was misdirected completely by the first contractor. Mick shared the same opinion as the rest of the experts I consulted. Mick stood out amongst them because he was the most informative and helpful. I employed his services. He successfully resolved the problem. He was always contactable.
