Good honest company
My first time using LOFLO and they did an amazing job, right from the start communication was perfect from a very professional and honest company. Great service, advice and even helped me save money
Had a problem with damp around the base of my soil stack. Some existing concrete which was loose already around was removed but we could not determine if it was a fault in the pipe or from external damp. Kick was great, arranged a day to look into the issue and used a camera to determine and show the displacement. Provided a price to fix it which luckily did not require major work but because it was not too bad, also provided how to DIY fix it to save money, left me some spare pipe and what to get from Screwfix which was perfect. Top class professional company
Excellent service from start to finish! Logged Job last Sunday evening , received call Monday morning to discuss issue , very helpful reassuring conversation, booked us in for Wednesday & we got a phone call at 7am to say we were first job within the hour, Outdoor drain unblocked and flushed & all done before 9am for a very reasonable cost.
