Loft boarding, light fitting, ladder install and loft hatch upgrade
Phil was brilliant from minute one. Was available pretty quickly to come do the work and also managed to be available on the weekend as we needed the work done urgently, despite our time-sensitive need he didn’t hike prices. He communicated well and gave us a quote the same evening of the viewing. He started at 8:30am and was done by around 3pm. The work was done to a high standard and I’d recommend him to anyone. Also cleaned up all the dust and debris from the job. I’ve had previous people leave a mess for us to clean. Very happy with the work and treated the place like his own.Verified reviewerJob location: EN3RShahzore K10 Loft Floor Boarding

Brilliant workmanship
From the initial quote to the final installation, the service was brilliant. Communication was clear and polite from the start, and I was given honest advice with no hard sell. On the day, phill arrived on time, he was very professional, and took great care to protect my carpets and keep everything clean. The loft boarding looks fantastic and has completely transformed the space into a useful, safe storage area. The new loft ladder is very sturdy, high quality, and very easy to use. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend phill to friends and family.Verified reviewerJob location: CM110 Loft Floor Boarding

Hello, my name is Phil.
I have been working in the loft boarding and loft ladder industry for the past 20 years, gaining extensive experience working for a number of established loft companies.
I have now decided to work independently, giving customers the opportunity to deal directly with an experienced specialist who takes genuine pride in the quality of his work.
Over the last 20 years, I have developed extensive knowledge and practical experience in all aspects of loft improvements, including:
● Loft boarding and flooring
● Loft ladders
● Loft hatches
● Loft lighting
● Insulation
● Velux windows
● Roof rooms and loft conversions
● General building work
For the last 15 years in particular, My reputation has been built on attention to detail, technical knowledge, quality workmanship and understanding exactly what a customer wants from the finished job.
I also work with a trained and trustworthy employee who shares my commitment to high standards, quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
He has been trained to work to the same exacting standards as me, and I have complete confidence in his skills, reliability and professionalism.
We take great care to work in a clean, tidy and respectful manner. We protect the areas we are working in, keep disruption to a minimum and make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and left tidy once the work is complete.
Now that I am working for myself, my aim is simple: to provide the highest standard of workmanship and customer service, without the unnecessary costs and pressure that can sometimes come with larger companies.
I liaise directly with every customer from the initial survey through to completion, making sure you understand exactly what is being offered and that the finished result meets your expectations.
I offer free surveys and quotations and always aim to provide a competitive, honest and affordable service without compromising on quality.
If you’re considering improving your loft space, whether it’s simply adding a ladder and boarding or creating a more extensive roof room, I’d be happy to discuss your requirements and provide honest advice based on my experience.
