I had my loft re-insulated and re-boarded by Ian. Excellent job, speedy and great value for money - highly recommended.

Excellent job. Left work site impeccably tidy!

Ian has recently installed some new insulation, loft boarding and a ladder. I now have an easily accessible loft with lots of storage space. Also had a good light installed. Ian was efficient and worked well to complete the job. He ensured my carpets were kept clean and tidied up well after completing. Very pleased with the work and highly recommend him.

Very professional and helpful. Ian installed a new loft hatch with a drop down ladder. He provided a clear written quote and was very efficient and professional undertaking the work. I am very pleased with the result.

Ian was very professional and done a lovely job of fitted a raised loft boarding with extra insulation underneath plus loft ladder making access to the loft a lot safer and with more room for storage . But keep in mind Ian can’t take any off cuts away so it’s left to you to remove. I got rid of mine using an alternative

Ian carried out a great job quickly and very tidy on the down side was that the pole for undoing the hatch to access ladder didn’t come complete missing the key fittings so had to bodge a pole part and stick a key on with electrical tape to open the hatch so you could access the loft ladder to lower the ladder and that the ceiling plaster around the hatch didn’t come up to loft ladder hatch on reflection I should of asked if a bit of wood or plastic could be used to cover up the exposed area but overall very happy with the work carried out and keep in mind Ian can’t take away any off cuts .
