Peter came to quote even after I messaged to cancel hours before due to a family emergency. However I did let him to do the quote. Whilst going into the loft he broke the loft hatch one side and left it hanging off, it then fell off the other side and made a huge hole in the wall. Our house is 3 years old so not an old hatch, we use it regularly. Peter said “it’s not his problem”. As a women on my own i felt vulnerable and unable to stand up for myself. My husband then rang him once he had left and Peter hung up, again saying “it wasn’t his problem” . Left shaken and upset

This has been totally exaggerated, you can not break a loft hatch by just opening it , I opened the hatch and it was hanging on one pin and the pin the other side was not even there, I told the lady there was a problem with the hatch, seemed to me that this was already broken infect all was needed was 2 pins , If i WAS RESPONSIBLE I WOULD OF SAID TO SAY SHE WAS LEFT FELT IS RATHER EXAGERATING THE FACTS, HOW DO I KNOW THAT IT WAS NOT ALREADY BROKEN. ALSO HER HUSBAND CALLED ME AND I TOLD HIM YOU CANNOT BREAK A LOFT HATCH BY JUST OPENNING IT AND HE WAS VERY ABUSIVE AND STARTED SWEARING
