Replacement loft ladder and half loft boarded Everything about Loftlink is perfect from the initial contact and easy, efficient communication to the straightforward installation. Dominic and Josh were a pleasure to have in the house, were very friendly, punctual and just carried out their job with no fuss or fanfare. I genuinely can't recommend Loft Link highly enough. From start to finish, the whole experience was outstanding. They came in to insulate, board out, and add shelving to my loft — and the result is absolutely transformational. The space looks incredible and the quality of the work is first class. Exceptionally polite, professional, and clearly took real pride in what they were doing. They cracked on without any fuss, worked solidly from start to finish, and — impressively — left the landing and garage in a cleaner state than when they arrived.

Had loft insulation, boarding, hatch, light and telescopic ladder installed. Professional from start to finish, very competitive quote and detailed. Excellent communication and workmanship. They were very respectful whilst working, covering the stairs and cleaned and hoovered after.

Dominic responded promptly to our initial enquiry which was followed by a visit from Joshua to quote for the job. Joshua made some very helpful suggestions and the resulting quote was very reasonable. On the day of the work being done, Dominic and Joshua arrived at the time agreed. The loft hatch was replaced, a new ladder installed, the loft space was insulated and boarded and a new light put in place. There was no disruption and the completed work was of outstanding quality.
