  Disappointing experience overall. The initial loft installation had multiple issues with the finish, and despite raising these promptly and allowing return visits, not all agreed works were completed. Communication between the office and installers appeared inconsistent, and the process became drawn out. The matter eventually had to be escalated and was resolved through a financial settlement. While some effort was made to address the issues, the overall service did not meet expectations.

  I must say my experience with this company was quite pleasant . The surveyor turned up on time and advised me what he thought would be more beneficial to me . They also offered me a reduced quote if I could accept it quickly which of course I did. The fitters duly arrived on time and both Kyle and Connor were very pleasant and polite which I was pleased with as sometimes you experience rudeness with contractors but the two of them were faultless they also ensured no mess was left on completion of the work 10/10 for you guys recommend from me for your needs

  We just wanted to sort our very messy overcrowded loft out. I’m getting nearer 60 and can’t keep lifting myself up from stepladders much longer. The man came round and took thorough pictures. I’d already had a quote and so was able to tell him what I wanted in detail. He listened and was very helpful. There was no pressure selling. I had full insulation raised loft board down the centre and shelving on both sides. And a wooden deluxe ladders. The quote was significantly less than the other company. The work was carried out professionally, quickly and without mess. Very good job indeed.

  Professional and Efficient - Highly Recommended

  Easy communication and detailed quote. Tradesmen arrived promptly on the date and at the time agreed. Work was carried out efficiently and with no mess. Tradesmen were polite and professional. I’d fully recommend this company.

  Top class service

  Professional from receiving the quote through to having the work carried out. The team was ao efficient and polite. They cleaned up before leaving and were patient with me when delivering training on using the new loft ladders.
