New loft access cutting in, boxing in and ladder and hatch fitting. Also some flooring in loft
The lads arrived within the expected time frame. There was a lot of soot and dust in the loft, as it hadn't been disturbed in decades. So there was obviously some cleaning to be done as the lads couldn't be expected to get all of it. They did leave the place very tidy and the job was done very well. 2x velux windows installed in the roof, the loft area boarded out and a LED strip light pu in
First impressions count and this started when the company turned up for the quote when the said the would. From start to finish they were professional and transparant. The quote for the work was very competative. Work was started in a matter of days from accepting the quote. The team arrived on time, were friendly and professional. The work was carried out to a very high standard and they cleaned up after themselves. The overall standard was reminecent of times gone by when tradesmen were proud of their reputation and customer service was important. Raised Loft flooring and ladder install
Each member of the team we dealt with at Loft Solutions NW was excellent. Chris the surveyor provided a free, detailed consultation, and discussed the options available. Imogen and Rachel in the office were super helpful and provided fantastic communication throughout, from survey, to initial booking, then installation. Finally, Adam and Cameron who installed the 50+ sqm of loft zone raised flooring and loft ladder were a credit to the company and both their work ethic and workmanship with the install were outstanding. Excellent service from beginning to end and really pleased with the loft boarding. The person that came to carry out the survey was on time, friendly and explained the work clearly. When it came to the fitting, the two fitters were on time and completed the work quickly.
