LOFTSURE simply specialise in transforming lofts into safe, easy to access storage spaces across Essex, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.

We offer a completely free of charge, no obligation survey, during which we map out a scale plan of your loft, assess your current loft insulation levels and which hatches / ladders/ boarding are appropriate for you (this is driven by your requirements).

We will discuss our findings with you and make a plan that suits your needs and budget, for example, we can board as much or as little of your loft as suits you)

Importantly we promise never to oversell, our surveyors are exactly that, not salesmen, their aim is to find a solution that works for you at a budget that you are comfortable with, not to make the job as big as possible!

We source our products from industry leading manufacturers, Loft Leg raised loft boarding system, Knauf earthwool insulation, KEYLITE timber ladders, Manthorpe UPVC loft hatches, Werner / Youngman aluminium ladders.

All of our installers work for us, we don't subcontract work out so that we keep control of the quality, they're all carpenters by trade and are fully trained in the products and systems that we use, insured and DBS checked for your peace of mind.

The products and practices that we use are suitable for old and new properties, nothing that we do will ever invalidate a new build / NHBC warranty (the key is using an industry recognized system to raise the loft boarding above the insulation leaving a space between the insulation and boarding to allow airflow and to let the insulation perform as intended).

Trapping insulation directly beneath boarding or compressing it ruins its thermal efficiency and has potential to create damp and mould which is why we always use a raised boarding system.

We are so confident in the quality of our raised loft boarding that we provide, as standard, a warranty for as long as you live in / own the property.
