Brilliant Company - Highly Recommend
Lofy Ladders have been great from start to finish! They got back to us really quickly once we'd enquired about a quote and had someone out to look/measure up within a couple of days. They adjusted our quote when we needed a slight change and the team that carried out the work were brilliant, helpful and made sure to show us the work and how our new ladders works before leaving. Very professional
I asked lofty ladders to come and price a job for loft boarding and a ladder fitted, they turned up on time and gave a very good price, the day of work starting they turned up on time and got straight on with the job and never stopped until it was completed, job looks great and no mess left behind. Fast and efficient service.
Tom from Lofty Ladders responded promptly to my enquiry, came to assess what was needed very promptly, gave good advice and followed this up with a written quotation (to enlarge our loft hatch and fit a ladder). A date for the work was fixed and Tom arrived exactly as agreed and got on with the work without fuss or bother. The resulting hatch and ladder fit the bill perfectly. Job well done. Lofty Ladders was originally purchased as a franchise in 1987 under the name "Lofty Ladders Installations Kent". For a tidy sum a van with livery, tools and a few leads were handed over. Over the years the company has had 3 owners. A father, then his son after him and after 3 years of working for that son, me.
I take pride in my work as do my employees. We are a family run business with husband, wife, brother, son and daughter involved.
