That Lofty Solutions are a very good reliable and helpful company to deal with.
Lofty Solutions team where just spot with their workmanship fitting out our loft which entailed more work than a normal loft conversion, as in my early day I decided to do a DIY loft insulation floor rafters etc so it was a it was basically a total rip out when I was quoted a time frame of 2 days work I thought to myself never. The team worked like clock work they knew how the work was to start and fair play to them they completed to work in the 2 day frame fully insulated, new lights fitted, rafters and end wall fully plaster boarded out. Project completed, Thank you Lofty SolutionsVerified reviewerJob location: NE309.67 Loft Floor Boarding

Highly recommended for a professional job
After recommendation from a satisfied neighbour, Lofty did an excellent job, from arranging an asbestos test (which was negative) to installing a new hatch, ladder and lighting along with boarding the central area of our loft. Good communication over details such as exact placement of a grab rail.Verified reviewerJob location: NE419.67 Loft Hatches

First class job done.
The men who fitted my new loft ladder did a terrific job, they removed the old broken loft ladder and fitted a new one which is much better than the old one. They arrived earlier than expected which was very good and left my home nice and tidy, they vacuumed the hall and stairs before they left which saved me a job. I am delighted with the new loft ladder.Job location: DH7
