  Thank you for your assistance in installing water pumps. From start to finish, the service provided was efficient and effective. We had been discussing the water pressure with Thames water and other plumbers for over a year being sent in circles and LHPS were very straight forward and easy to deal with and most importantly have resolved our pressure issue!   Responsive and professional plumbers

  Fast and efficient service. Provided a reasonable quote and then stuck to the quote when carrying out the work. Arrived within the time slot specified and were very polite and friendly to deal with. Although my job was a simple one (disconnection of redundant water tanks in loft space) it wasn't particularly pleasant to do due to the tight space in the loft and hot weather. Nonetheless the work was carried out without complaint and a cheery attitude. I will be calling these guys again if I need anything further...

  House Refurbishment

  I have used LHPS for a few years and engaged them to replace radiators and taps as part of a general refurbishment . This happened over a few weeks while I did other other work but the communication at all times was excellent as was the work carried out on site. All the contacts (Shaun & Julie) and the engineers were very pleasant, helpful and went out of their way to make everything work .

  Test for gas certificate.

  The gas engineer (sorry for not knowing his name) was great. He was extremely considerate from the beginning, even about parking his van to make it easy for me. He carried out the necessary tests and installed smoke alarms and a carbon-monoxide detector. I'd recommend him without hesitation.
