Had a problem with our satellite reception. Rachid sent some messages to confirm details of where it was, and then had a call to give more details. From the phone call I was confident he knew what he was doing. When he arrived he did a good job, identified the problem and was able to fix it with no bother. He was a pleasure to do business with

Rachid came very quickly to complete the job. He requested photographs. He communicated very well about the task and messaged me when he was on his way. He did a professional job, charged a fair price, he cleaned up and made helpful recommendations about brickwork on our chimney stack that needed attention.
