Professional, transparent, and lovely bloke
WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND Boiler stopped working on the weekend and made a call to this company on the Sunday. Spoke to Dave who was extremely polite and approachable on the phone and he talked through the issue and made an appointment to come quickly. Problem diagnosed not long after attending and I was given all the different options which really made me feel informed and in control myself. Boiler fixed and up and running by Wednesday which was ASAP.
