Fixing leak washing machine

The inner ring of our washing machine (Electrolux) had a tear. It needed to be removed and a new one put in place. The price quoted was fair. Umair had to cancel the first appointment for personal reasons but came on time for the second appointment. Umair was very polite and did a good job fixing the leak. He seemed quite knowledgeable. Thank you.

Was unable to fix the issue (manufacturer issue), but did a great job trying. Advised a manufacturer called out. Very honest and fixed a broken hot water tap which we had been told by 2 other tradespeople was unfixable.

Fantastic service from start to finish. This was our first time using London appliances and we can not fault the service. Answered as soon as I called, did their best to try fit me in and ended up coming later on the same day! Knew exactly what had happened and explained it all to my husband. Lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend to others and would use again. Thank you!

Saeed explained on the phone what the issue probably was and provided a quote, and was able to come the same day to carry out the repair. He texted when he was on his way and arrived exactly on time for the time window he had given during the call. He and his colleague completed the work very quickly and left everything tidy. He even replaced the bulb in the oven for me which had gone out. I'm very grateful for their hard work and for getting my oven heating again - thank you very much!
