    Ali was brilliant. My washing machine stopped mid-wash and wouldn't turn on. He quickly found the issue as a melted plug and fixed it in no time at all. Super easy to deal with - both for arranging a time and it being fixed.

    Delighted with Ali’s quick response to our call! He made a home visit in the same day of call, ordered the spare part and returned within two days to fix our washing machine. We were back in action within a couple of days of the problem arising! Thanks Ali, we really appreciated your efforts, efficiency and quick follow-up.

    The engineer Ali arrived within the time given. He removed the oven from its place, and was able to detect the problem was with the timer clock. He disconnected the clock, and both the ovens and the grill started working. He was very reasonable, courteous, and tidy, and left everything in good working order. Would have no hesitation in engaging him again.
