Great job. There was water pouring through my son's bedroom ceiling. John could hear the desperation in my voice and fitted me into come and see the job on the day I called. He spotted the problem straight away, and gave me a short and long term option to fix the problem. He didn't charge me for the call out and quote. He and his team came and did the job 3 days later, and sorted it completely.
