  They are very professional and does their job perfectly OK

  London cleaning firm are so professional with their work, they are time conscious. And the staffs are very friendly ,will recomend their service to anyone who needs it. My house is now back to life.

  Beware

  I had an end of tenancy cleaning in the 2 bedroom flat. Murphy was active in communication. However the job was not done to a professional degree with many spots overlooked without my input. They also don't refund your booking deposit. I would not recommend this company as it caused me stress worrying about the leftover stains and missed areas of the flat. They also charged more than they quoted as they claimed the flat was "too dirty" which they failed to clean as well. If you wish to asked them to come again to rectify their work, they will charge you.

  We are sorry you had this experience. We spoke on the phone after you certified the job & we left. I proposed returning to the property & sending our staff over immediately. We spoke to your landlord who confirmed there was no need to revisit. You had changed the description of tasks & we explained were extras and attracted more costs. We always explain this before we commence work. We have taken further steps to contact you & offer you a part refund as a goodwill gesture but you have not been reachable. We deducted deposit from agreed amount. Please get in touch so we resolve amicably.

  Deep cleaning after building work

  I spoke to Murphy on the phone and agreed a date to meet and fix quote. His team are extremely hard working and did a great job. I had my whole house renovated recently which mean there was alot of dust everywhere from building work. Murphys team left the house looking spotless. Would def recommend Murphy and his team.

  A job well done which exceeded my expectations

  I am a very excited and pleased customer. I gave them a very dirty 3 bed flat to clean which included a very dirty greasy infested kitchen and cooker and a mouldy refrigerator and bathroom to clean. I was highly impressed with the end product. I will hands on heart recommend this company for any cleaning job to be completed
