I honestly can’t speak highly enough of this company. The crew were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, punctual, professional, and got straight to work without any fuss. Communication throughout was excellent, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. What really sets them apart is their integrity. Really positive experience and would definitely recommend. The team were very punctual, turning up exactly when they said they would and getting straight to work. Communication was great and they were happy to give helpful advice where needed. They brought a team of four so the job could be completed in a single day, which I really appreciated. The team worked efficiently and the quality of the finish is excellent. They also went the extra mile and helped with a couple of extra bits just to make sure everything looked right before leaving. I recently had my lounge painted and decorated, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the workers were courteous, polite, and incredibly hard working. We needed a 140cm square section of our bedroom wall to be repaired following a leak. London Decorators were quick to respond and pay us a visit to quote for the work. On inspection it became evident that the work required was different to what was expected but London Decorators were able to pivot and find the right solution. Murray was great to deal with and his team were polite and helpful throughout. They were also able to rectify some other smaller jobs at the same time. Our bedroom is now restored and we are very happy with the result.
