Needed my tap fitted so called London Emergency Plumbing. The guy came out and fixed it on the same day. Happy with the price and service.

LEP clearly outsource to other plumbers. The people who came were incompetent. They needed to fix a leak and ruined the entire piping. 4 hours and the piping fell apart didn’t glue it together correctly used incorrect pipes. I had to get another plumber out the next day who even commented on the poor quality of work. Avoid at all costs

As far as I can figure out this is an agency that contracts different tradesman, because I kept getting contacted my what I assume is an office and then the plumber themselves, and the call out invoice was paid directly to the plumber, not to LEP. But they sent someone out the same day to check a leak, and despite me telling them it was not an emergency, and quoting me a call out fee of £99/hr, they wanted to charge £150/hr + 17% admin fee to work on the job.

They provided the cheapest quote for a drain unblocking services. Although the job wasn't trivial but they didn't charge higher than the quoted price. They deserve the 5-star for sure.

Team were very prompt in making contact. Unfortunately could not make the original time we arranged for the job, but they kept me updated throughout and when they came did a very good job. Tidy, efficient and polite. Would recommend.
