Ash was excellent from the very first visit. My boiler installation was quite tricky and he handled it with professionalism, and also spotted and fixed a few other issues on the day. He even arranged for an electrician at the last minute to make sure everything was sorted out. The next day, he came back to check why the water pressure was so low - turns out it was an issue with the building’s water main, nothing to do with the new boiler. I really appreciated his thoroughness and willingness to help me. I highly recommend them, and will surely use their services again.

After several companies inspected our VRF system and suggested different solutions with very high costs, london Heat engineers , came in and fixed the issue brilliantly. Their team is highly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced with HVAC systems. They diagnosed the problem accurately and solved it efficiently. They provided a full estimate of the work so the fees were transparent at the start. Arash was recommended by a friend of mine who said he’s very good. I contacted him, described the issue with our boiler and the error code. He came around to have a quick look, identified the issue and fixed it. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly he fixed it. Great person and he is great at what he does.
