Luke, the engineer, was quick, thorough and cleaned up well after himself. We have the boiler serviced annually and have done so for many years. He installed an electrode also which he had said last visit would need replacing so he did this at the same time as doing the servicing. I find the office staff really friendly and am very happy with this company.

Really excellent. Great communication ahead of the appointment and the engineer was really good with my elderly father. He made everything very clear for Dad and was very respectful and patient.

Gas leak identified. Called London Heating and Jo arranged for Luke to attend the next morning. Luke arrived promptly, confirmed the leak and fixed it within 30 minutes. No fuss, no disturbance, no ‘extra’ work needed. Couldn’t be happier.

This company is fantastic. They gave me a window for when they would arrive and turned up promptly. Got to work straight away and were very clean and tidy throughout. There was a leak in one of the pipes which unfortunately required drilling through the floor. Paul explained what he'd do and checked I was okay with it. Very professional and friendly. Could not recommend more.
