Marc completed an annual boiler service and replaced the seals in the flue to stop a small leak. He was personable, considerate and explained problems and solutions well. He gave likely costs up front and charged the expected costs without any unexpected charges. He wore overshoes and kept the area clean and tidy. I’m happy with the service he provided and will ask him to complete any future work on the combi- boiler.

I had a great experience after several unsuccessful call-outs with other plumbers. Marc contacted me the same day I made the request and arrived just a few hours later, which was really impressive. The issue was fully resolved within a day, and he even went above and beyond by helping with additional plumbing concerns. On top of that, he assisted me in contacting support for a new smart thermostat I was installing and handled the whole process with minimal input needed from me. I’ll definitely be using his services again and would highly recommend him to others.
