Alain and Mihai went above and beyond to deliver an outstanding bathroom. Communication was excellent from the start and the works were completed on schedule and didn’t exceed the budget. Alain was committed to delivering the design I wanted while making suggestions based on his experience in the industry. Can’t recommend London Luxury Bathrooms highly enough - you also won’t find two nicer guys to get the job done!

From start to finish, London Luxury Bathrooms have done an excellent job. They quoted a flat fee, which was relatively high but included *everything* - all fixtures and fittings, tiles, paint, grout, trim, etc, etc and full disposal of all the rubbish. Communication was great, with regular checks to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. The place was left clean and tidy at the end of each day and the work was completed fully within the expected timeframe. The whole process was stress-free and therefore well worth the money.

Cannot recommend this company strongly enough. From start to finish the quality of work, communication and transparency was impeccable. Jean Alain and Mihai were both a pleasure to deal with and couldn’t have done more to help us take an old bathroom we couldn’t use anymore and turn it into the nicest one in the whole house. It wasn’t an easy job, but they made it work and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Will absolutely be reaching out to them again!

Alain and Mihai were great to work with. Alain was always available to discuss updates and issues. Mihai did a thorough job, working non-stop and we appreciated Mihai leaving the toilet on whilst he was working as we only have one bathroom. We will hopefully use LLB again in the future.

We have now used this company twice before, ,as usual the jobs been done with great professionalism. They have become our first choice for major work and smaller projects, nothing’s never a problem.

The workmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and the finished bathroom looks amazing. The project was completed on time and fully met our expectations.
