Charlie was given 3 important structural steels welds, drawings were passed onto him before the job. The welds on all the 3 locations could not be passed, missing welds and where welded the quality looks like it was done by a DIY’er. I sent photos to Charlie with no reply, completely ghosted.

Adjusted gradient of residential flat balcony floor. Initial repair was not perfect so Charlie came back and made adjustments without any question. Tidied up after the work and pricing was fair and in line with quotation.
