This was the best sdervice ever, sheer perfection and so professional and more caring than social services

Very good service provided from start to finish. Phoned and got an appointment very quickly. An email was sent with the preparations required. 2 visits later and I have not seen any signs of the bugs lately. Even though I had only seen bugs in 2 rooms, the other rooms in the house were also inspected and treated. The gentlemen that treated were both very informative and seemed very knowledgeable. I am so relieved that the stress and concern with these bugs is now gone!

Really grateful for the service the guys provided. They were very friendly and dealt with the problem very quickly. It's always difficult when you live in a block as its hard to tell where the mice were coming from, but they gave us some good advice on blocking up some of the holes in the kitchen and, so far after the second visit, it seems like I've not had any recurring issues.

Brilliant company, proper landline to office staff that actually work for the company! I called on Monday and got an appointment the next day. Got an email immediately confirming my details, everything very professional. The guy came on time, identified himself, came in and did (I think) a good job. Although I had rats outside under my shed he also checked inside for me, it was all clear, he told me that he'd be back next week and where the poison boxes were, 3 days later I had 2 dead rats, called them they came and took them away, 2 weeks later no more rats. Good reports, highly recommended.
