Excellent service from start to finish. The team was punctual, professional, and completed the installation to a very high standard. They carried out a full conversion from my old heating system to a new Glow-worm combi boiler, and the workmanship was excellent. They kept the work areas clean and tidy throughout, explained everything clearly, and ensured all commissioning and certification were completed. Placed an enquiry on Checkatrade on Sunday evening, and got a call back from Jack about 10 minutes later! Jack and his apprentice did a stellar job running some pipes from under my sink around to where my washing machine and dishwasher are. Both were super friendly and explained the options for the job, which was completed in good time and to a high standard. They even went the extra mile to get me get back into my flat after I locked myself out before the job 🤦🏻‍♂️ Highly recommend this business for an excellent service

Amazing customer service

Jack and his apprentice turned around a job really quickly. A bit stressful hearing them banter and argue with each other but the job was done quickly which I wanted so all good! Recommend.

Boiler power went Saturday night - placed the job on Checkatrade straight away. Jack was on the phone first thing Sunday morning, came out Monday, gave clear options and had pricing over within the hour. Job booked the same day and completed over two days. George, Fred and Ro were brilliant - nothing was too much of a problem, every challenge had a solution. Hard job, done properly. Can't recommend enough
